One Thousand Thank Yous is a free-entry promotion run by G Class Hire Sydney, 813 Canterbury Rd, Lakemba NSW 2195, to thank everyone who helped us reach more than 1,000 five-star Google reviews. These terms keep it fair and legal; the plain-English version is exactly what happens.
1. Who can enter
Entry is open to NSW residents aged 18 or over who are planning a wedding. To be included in the draw, a couple must have booked with G Class Hire Sydney on or after 2 September 2026. Employees of G Class Hire and their immediate families cannot enter. One entry per couple; duplicate entries count once.
2. How to enter
Complete the entry form at gclasshiresydney.com/one-thousand-thank-yous/ during the entry period. The opening and closing dates are published on that page. No purchase is necessary and entry is free. Optional bonus entries are available as described on the page: following our Instagram account, tagging a couple on the launch post (capped at three), and sharing the launch post to a story. The website form is the entry; it goes into the draw once the couple has booked with us on or after 2 September 2026. One entry per couple, however many bookings.
3. Reviews play no part
Leaving a Google review is not a way to enter, does not improve any entrant's chances, and is never rewarded. This promotion celebrates a review milestone; it does not solicit reviews.
4. The draw
Every valid entry — a couple who has entered and booked with us on or after 2 September 2026 — receives a sequential number. After entries close, five winning numbers are drawn using an independent random number generator (random.org), conducted with two representatives of G Class Hire present. The draw result and the entry ledger are kept on record. The draw date is published on the entry page.
5. Winners
Winners are contacted by phone and email within 48 hours of the draw, and announced by first name and suburb on our website and social channels. If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days, a redraw is held for that prize. Winners agree to G Class Hire capturing photo and video of their booked day and using it in our marketing; anything a winner is uncomfortable with stays private on request.
6. The prize
Each of the five prizes is a $1,000 voucher toward chauffeured car hire with G Class Hire Sydney. Vouchers are valid for 18 months from the draw date, apply to one booking with a minimum value of $3,995 (before the voucher is applied), may be gifted to another couple, and are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash. Standard booking terms apply to the hire itself.
7. Records and privacy
The entry ledger and the documented draw result are retained as required under the NSW Community Gaming Regulation. Entry details are used to run the promotion and to respond to your enquiry about your day; they are never sold. Our full privacy policy applies.
